Reviews
"The staff is awful! Went to pickup my parcel and was told between 12:30-1pm they don’t give parcels bc of school kids. Fine whatever, there was a lot of kids - multitasking isn’t everyone’s skill. But the fact the old lady at self check out decided to SCREAM at my face saying that’s the rule of the store for “forever now” to not give parcel between those hours, was what astounded me. Also no information anywhere about this. Seems like it’s not the rule of the shop, but very lazy and rude staff. Being a shop worker is no quantum physics.."
"Customer service is poor. Self scan is a joke when you're waiting 5minutes for an employee to assist you. It's mostly the staff that brings this shop down"
"No signs re where to collect Hermes parcels. Asked a member of staff if it was anything to do with the Hermes machine but he snapped they weren't trained on it. If he'd actually listened to me he would have realised I was collecting a parcel not dropping off a parcel. I went outside, came back in and waited to be served at the kiosk where the staff member was lovely and organised my parcel pick up for me!"
"Just been done up, great staff and amazing beer selection. Plenty of craft beers as a reasonable price. Although most other stuff is quite expensive compared to Asda etc the quality of the food is better, especially the fruit."
"I was welcomed by a not so friendly member of staff who immediately told me that I couldn't enter the store as they were closing at 8pm but the time was 7:55pm. She wasn't for listening but I insisted that I should be allowed in for the one item which I required. Another member of staff stepped in and allowed me through. I was served and checked out, sitting in my car by 7:59pm so was plenty of time after all. Nice, newly designed stores although a little over priced"
