"I would never recommend this insurance company. I was acting on behalf of my elderly father who had to cancel a UK coach holiday due to illness. I spent endless telephone hours chasing the claim. The whole claim from start to finish took 5 months. I raised a complaint which stated I would be going to the travel insurance ombudsman and also the Money Matters section of The Times Newspaper and amazingly received payment 3 days later.
