"Do not use!!! Took money for car insurance and vehicle is showing as not insured, contacted ombudsman, trading standards AND the FCA and have made sure they are being investigated!! Scammers like this need to be closed down and serve some time in jail"

"I really don't understand why people would give them such bad ratings. This was my best experience with an insurance company so far, and I know that if everyone would pay attention to the exact terms from the beginning, surprises wouldn't happen as the people that work here do everything in their possibilities to make sure the customers leave with all the information. It's in their interest as well as they know that an unhappy or uninformed customer will come back to them and I'm sure they prefer to have a day filled with positive energy, instead of leaving work wishing to have chosen to be massage therapists instead .
