"TL;DR: Cleaners did a good job, but the overall experience was completely ruined dealing with the company which was time consuming, frustrating, ridiculously unprofessional and rude. For the full experience, please read my detailed account below. I employed them in Jan 22 and had a good experience. The job itself was pretty good; booking (via email), cleaner arrival and payment were smooth. I was quoted at £20 an hour, and two cleaners arrived and charged £40 for a 2 hour job. A month ago I decided to employ them again. I had immediate issues. I emailed them for a quote and received no response. Assuming the email was missed, I sent out another that was responded to quickly with a quote of £20 an hour per cleaner which was different. I replied to book, and never received a reply. I phoned in order to book and was told that the receptionist would pass on my details to the cleaners to setup my booking. I received nothing. I phoned to follow up, I was continually told by the receptionist that they “were just receptionist and couldn’t do anything but pass on details”. After a week of this, I was finally through to the cleaners. The chat I had was very confusing as I was asked which day I would prefer. I gave my preferred date and rough time, and they didn’t respond clearly so I asked them to repeat, and the call ended. While trying to contact back daily to get info of my potential booking, I got the same rhetoric from the receptionist but I’d never hear back. No one turned up on the day I suggested. I phoned on the day to see if I had a booking or not, eventually I received a phone call from someone who made a new booking for the week after. On the scheduled day, I was made aware that they would be an hour late. When they arrived, they were confusing and potentially misleading around time and payment. I was told the clean was a 6 hour job which and that it would cost £200. This was not near what I’d expected given the quote+previous experience. I expected this to be £120 given £20 an hour per cleaner (20×3×2). I probed, they then said it was 6 hours divided by 2 cleaners which is a very confusing way of explaining this to a customer. While discussing payment, they implied that additional costs were due to the cleaners being sent from Edinburgh. This is unprofessional as this was never discussed before I agreed to book. The cleaner wouldn't let me leave my property to collect the payment unless I left something valuable. I understand the insurance in case I run without paying, but this felt threatening and an unprofessional way of handling this. I left my property with a valuable item left behind, and contacted the company to clarify the £200 payment. I was told, despite the previous quote, the price was £23 per hour per cleaner and that the cleaner “must have made a mistake” due to a busy schedule and the price would be £140. It’s understandable that prices change, but the company made zero effort to give me up to date quotes at time of booking or correct me at the time when I had mentioned the email quote. The job the cleaners did was great and I couldn’t praise it enough. It looks spotless and the job they did was worth the money. On the way out, one of the cleaners made some very unprofessional comments and was very rude about the flat’s cleanliness. While I admit the property needed a good clean (hence employing them…), it’s very disrespectful as the circumstances are entirely irrelevant to the cleaner. I would be worried about this cleaner making these comments to someone who has suffered from severe mental health issues, or has had serious personal circumstances. In conclusion, the job completed was a top clean worthy of praise but I think the company acted ridiculously unprofessionally, the method of communicating to the cleaners is unbelievably difficult with receptionists making it even harder, and cleaners who appeared to try to scam me of a large amount of money, appeared threatening and acted very rude to the customer."

"Wouldn’t recommend. Employed them for two months at a medical facility and our clinical rooms were constantly either not cleaned properly or not at all, leaving us to do the work. Floors in our kitchen were left damaged and our equipment we supplied them with was dirty. Complained three times, first time left explicit instructions on what was required, second time had a call from Adrian who assured me it would never happen again and on the third time I cancelled our contract and did not pay the final bill as the service promised was not carried out. Give them a miss"
