"Sad to say that I cannot recommend this company. After much communication, the company have accepted responsibility for the issues detailed below and we have agreed a satisfactory outcome. I purchased a grey recliner chair which arrived late. The chair does not match the product photo on the company’s website. It is also made rather cheaply, the frame is twisted and the chair when reclined has a tendency to tip. Communication from the company is not good, every email has needed to be sent twice before a reply is received. In conclusion, this is not one of my best purchases and I cannot recommend the chair or the company. As a side note, even though I have purchased from TA Direct, their website does not allow me to submit my review……"
