"Lovely shop, has a bit of everything, food and gifts. Nice staff and good coffee"
"Great range of items, including some great wines and beers"
"I really like this place, it’s got a good selection of locally sourced, organic and unpackaged vegetables. Some packaging that is used is compostable. There are other bits and bobs in the shop but I use this place for the produce. There’s a slight premium on the price in some cases, it’s nothing that’s ever bothered me as the selections are varied, seasonal and high quality"
"Farm shop is a slight overstatement. Some nice bits in there, good cheese selection but there's some issues 1. doesn't sell meat. 2. Veg is patchy in terms of labelling country of origin, unclear what they've grown and how far the rest has come. 3. Talks up sustainability but has a number of open chillers pumping cold air into the shop. I suspect a combo of the bitchers and fruit and veg shop also on the same street could provide better at a bettter price"
"Love the Farm Shop on North St. I can buy lovely fresh fruit and veg in paper bags to avoid single use plastic and save the future for my granddaughter. Five Acre honey is the best I have ever tasted and as honey has anti viral properties will keep me safe as cases of covid rise again. Love the oat mylk in glass bottles, amazing in coffee. Or, if you have time, a lovely cake and coffee on the terrace. The people are so lovely and friendly and the plants are amazing value. Love all the green options to buy that are not seen anywhere else. Keeping my carbon footprint low by shopping here. Thank you so much."
