"Miserable attitude and rude service! Trying to collect a parcel that one had missed and and been delivered to this shop, is an unpleasant challenging experience. They never know how to use their scanners and instead of providing an apology for their incompetence, they begin to argue with the customer. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid if possible."

"Very, very rude staff, do not know how to speak to customers!! Been in here several times and the same guy in particular is always rude to me, he always has an attitude with me, snappy and rude. He needs to be re trained in customer service."

"Walkways permanently obstruted by stock which is clearly a trip hazard (especially for the disabled and partially sighted) and at certain points within the store the access is extremely narrow which i'm sure contravenes fire and health and safety regulations (which i have reported)!. Then when you get to the counter not only do different operators charge different prices but it's so ramed full with products that it's difficult to place your purchases on, then if you mention that there's no room they mutter comments under their breath in their native language (but certain racist remarks are the same in any language!!!!). This may be a well stocked (or over stocked) little store but clearly they have no concern what so ever for their customers and indeed they are racist!."

"Most of the staff is great. I am a neighbour and I always felt good when I bought from this shop. One little problem though : doing card payments is a pain. You need to buy over 5£ and if you ask for tobacco or alcohol, sometimes they charge you extra. But I totally recommend it!"
