"Okay. But I went in today for a bag of sugar (something that a large supermarket like Co-Op should always have in stock) but they had none at all - bad management; basics like sugar, milk & bread should always have a good supply. Maybe I'm being a bit harsh considering the latest transport issues, but a large store like Co-Op should make sure basics are always available. Otherwise they're pretty good. Staff are always super nice - I have terminal cancer and they always ask how I'm doing every time I visit the store."
"Mostly posting to counter all the blatantly grumpy reviews saying it's rubbish... It's a lovely store with friendly staff who definitely don't get paid enough to put up with some of the behaviour they have to put up with! Never had a problem there at all, sometimes the queue is a bit long but that's life isn't it?"
"Staff have a complete disrespect for social distancing between each other or customers. Blocking isles entire isles while having lengthy chats and playing on mobile phones. There is also zero enforcement of the ok neway system. I was even given back chat by a staff member when I asked to have 2metre zone respected for me. Definitely not a safe store for people that are themselves or are in contact with vulnerable people."
"Staff very rude, not welcoming, stands around chatting, quite often queues for service, no call out for queue busters. I used the self serve, damn annoying, won't scan, so have to wait for a member of staff. They see you are waiting for help, they just stand around chatting, disgusting service. I only use this shop when desperate, not very well stocked. I would NOT recommend. The area manager needs to give staff training on customer service skills, as it is lacking. There are plenty of people who needs job's and willing to work."
"I m giving this stars to management, I had to wait 7 minutes to get served funally staff come to serf me, I was charged 90p more then what it should comes up to. I ask the staff to refund my transaction he didn't know how to do it well I was going true this time people where saying this is a normal thing for this store, I was apologising to customers for keeping them wait. Worker was happy to help but they didn't know how, funally maneger come to fix the problem but he had no idea to correct the till. He completely ignore me and other people. I trust Co op to give nesesery training to this brunch and it will be OK."
