"Superb customer service. Took my grandpas signet ring in for a repair and everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Same day repair and was kept in the loop and told when it was ready via phone call. Highly recommend."
"It is such a shame i didn't pick my repair up yesterday as I am sure I would have given a 5 star review. Yesterday the girl who served me was an asset to the company she engaged in conversation as a result advised me to bring in my wedding ring that I dislike to have it redesigned . Today the atmosphere was totally different ,frosty and uninviting . I received my repair then asked about my wedding ring and was told it could be done it would be really expensive as she handed it back to me . . How much is expensive? It must have been my trainers that made her think I had no money and I turn made me feel cheap . So sorry John Stewart but never judge a book by its cover."
