"It says open until 10:00pm. Why, when I arrive at 4:00pm is the shop closed and the shutters down ? No signs to say why. I had trousers to collect today. Locals say they never know when it’s open or closed. It’s a regular occurrence. Rang head office and they put me on hold only to be hung up on after 10 minutes."

"The staff are slow, the Asian guy is so rude to people. Also most important is that the prices in there are very very expensive. It would be expensive in a upscale area, the fact that it's the only shop on a poor council estate makes it even worse. If ever one of the other shops becomes free get it and open the same type of shop with normal or even a few p more on everything and they would go out of business"
