Reviews
"Very poor service. Nothing new compared to the other reviews for this company, but I also received an email about a failed delivery attempt even though no one even entered our courtyard, let alone ring the doorbell. I don't know how they think they tried to deliver the parcel, makes no sense. Track and trace function doesn't work so the delivery options page is unaccessible for me. No other way to contact them except through a generic customer service email address which I highly doubt will be responsive."
"Absolutely awful service. They don't even ring the doorbell and just claim they attempted delivery. They also require signature if you request the item to be left in a "safe place" which doesn't make sense. ASOS really unhelpful when these incidents occur and can't do much. Usually items just end up not getting delivered and order is cancelled & you get refunded so prepare for that if you need items quite quick as the whole process takes about 3 weeks to sort out. Really disappointed ASOS chose such a poor delivery partner that will ultimately impact on their sales."
"Absolute shambles of a courier service! Ordered an item for next day delivery on a Friday morning and my delivery was meant to come in 2 parcels and I received one. When I went to chase up the other ASOS were just as baffled and unhelpful as this courier! I was told I will receive the 2nd parcel for Sunday evening and to give ASOS a call back on Sunday morning to make sure it gets dispatched to which I was told the courier service is closed and doesn’t deliver on Sunday’s so to call back Monday morning which I did, after 30 minutes of ASOS telling me there isn’t anything more they can do and cannot contact the courier as they never answer the phone they sent an email and informed me it can take up to 48 hours for a response, I needed the item for Wednesday evening and by 11:30am I was told the parcel is out for delivery and will be delivered before or by 6pm. it is currently Monday EVENING 9:17pm and still no delivery and ASOS have told me to call back on Wednesday morning at 11am to then start the process of receiving a refund or to send out a replacement. I am fuming."
"Awful! Worse delivery service ever. They don't leave any calling card, they deliver with no notice giving you 10h slot. Impossible to contact customer service or driver. I was at home during a delivery and I just got the message saying they missed me (?). They don't leave the package to your neighbor or post office but they just take it back to the deposit. There is no option to chose delivery times. Horrible experience. I really hope ASOS will drop them soon."
