The driver arrived on time and got us to my destination in good time for my hospital appointment. He waited until we were ready to return home and accepted payment by debit card. "I would 100% use this company again, not sure if they would use us though, My elder brother 63, is deaf, disabled and special needs, he was in Greece visiting me and his health had gone so far down hill that we were worried about him getting from Heathrow to Putney by London Transport. So we called Putney Cabs, several times as I kept making mistakes with terminal, and details etc, they were very understanding..... On the day of pick up they could not contact my brother (as he could not hear the phone) they contacted my daughter in Putney who was able to send a picture of my brother, the driver waited for him , but unfortunately my brother had soiled himself on the flight, as I said he is special needs, the driver was kind enough to take my brother home, there was a small charge of 20 pounds to clean the cab after which i totally agree with...to the driver and the company, Im sorry and thank you so much for being so understanding..."
