"3 of 3 packages I have had delivered to this Parcel shop have gone missing. The staff insist the packages were never delivered despite repeated messages from Evri telling me that my packages are waiting for me at the Parcelshop. 1 of my packages was found by the staff on a second attempt at pick-up, 1 package was refused by the Parcelshop and returned to the vendor, and the last package is still missing. Sending packages here is just throwing away your time and money."
"Horrible customer service. Proceeded to start with my parcel when the tesco staff stopped half way to serve another customer when I had been waiting first. It wasn't busy, I was just being ignored and disregarded. No communication as to why they stopped serving me, rude staff - avoid unless you don't mind waiting 15+ mins for 1 parcel to be taken from you."
