"Excellent service , our cases are waiting for us at our hotel. Friendly service. Edited my review as used them again. Only this time on the return journey there were issues between themselves and DHL [the company they use]. The cases were held up due to a customs issue. Even though we had given them everything they asked for. I guess they just didn't take responsibility on this return journey. Yes, they will say they had some cross and sarcastic emails from myself.... but I didn't shout down the phone even though I was really fed up. We won't use them again because we simply had no apology for what had happened. One return journey and the outbound journey were excellent to be fair to them. So still some stars."

"Used Airoluggage to send my bags from UK to Portugal. Bags were held for more than a month despite having provided all documents to Airoluggage. Airoluggage did not support the process with customs at all and I had to do all the communicating myself. Ended up playing ~€100 to customs even though this was started as not needed by Airoluggage."
