"What an absolute joke. Every time I go in to get my lunch for work they always have the sandwich isle closed off so one person can stack the shelves... I asked if I can grab a sandwich as to which the lady was very rude 'well, you will just to wait she won't be long'. So I all the items I already had I through on to the closest shelve and walked out only to hear the lady finding me rude and the situation funny.... Disgusting service"

"Just wanted to leave a review to say how amazing the staff here are. I have difficulties and bless them they take their masks down at the checkout (behind the screens) so I can understand them and they are very clear so I can understand what is going on. "This place has THE rudest staff who seem more interested in chatting than serving customers. A red haired female who failed to switch in the pump and a large guy who eventually realised people were queuing both need a rocket up their backsides. Was left standing on the pump for ages and had to resort to going up to the window to attract attention... When I was eventually served after waiting in a lengthy queue I asked a perfectly civil question of the large guy which was met with the rudest response. No such thing as customer service here.... Only cheap Esso fuel and expensive Tesco prices for groceries. Avoid filling up here unless you wanna be left standing like a lemon in sub-zero temperatures!"
