"The parcel was delivered on time but it was opened I presume by the customs office ( the Slovak post office). I had to pay extra money to the courier to clear the extra fees. After I questioned the company about this issue the reply was I have to contact the customs office directly, Dolphi transport has nothing to do with it. I signed and paid money to Dolphi transport for a service and they were not able to explain to me why I had to pay the extra money. Not the best customer service."

"AVOID AVOID AVOID. Worst experience of my life, and staff became threatening and abusive after damaging my parcel, to the point I had to back down and abandon the case. Unless you're posting something worthless, and are prepared to fight threatening behaviour from the manager, AVOID!!!!!!!!!! Lost an expensive parcel, damaged another, and mine is far from an isolated case. If you try and complain, expect threats until you give up. The people who run the business are Eastern European and will play dirty when they need to. AVOID (EDIT- Not a fake review, and I can prove to google, I'm a legitimate client, hiding my identity as I'm afraid of this company after my experience. Trying to silence me is typical! )"

"Have had very good experience using Dolphi to transport quite a few boxes to Czech. Even Items like a quitar or mirrors have survived. No damage. Everything as promised. On time. They provide tracking number for local delivery by TopTrans in Czech too. Thanks"

"Always good service. Package went every time and always on time. Only once there was a delay but i been notified promptly in advance. Good service at reasonable price."

"Always on time, communication great and never had an issue. They even transported my 55 inch TV which was packed in handmade box, protected my only by bubble wrap and spare pillows. Only negative is the guys over in Slovakia, they don't call upfront and their vehicles are unsafe (handbreak issues)"
