"If you want low cost and are prepared to wait home for 2-3 days for a collection then you’ll like parcelhero. However, if you work and can’t wait home indefinitely then avoid! Of the dozen orders I’ve placed with them, the courier only arrived on the booked date twice. Worst offender - DHL. Every order using DHL (booked through parcelhero) failed to arrive on the correct date. And DHL refuse to collect from a safe place, so you literally have to wait home all day. I won’t be using parcelhero again. Book direct - it’s just as cheap and you can speak to the courier directly if there’s a problem, instead of waiting 3 days for parcelhero to reply to your query."

"This was the worst experience. If i can i would put negative stars. My luggage is late and now that it has finally arrived they can't release my luggage to me because of a mistake on parcel heros part. They are no help and there is no one to speak to. On top of everything they took even more of my money by charging me for an additional luggage. Never again."

"Booked a delivery to Germany, paid £20, never received my labels, contacted the company who asked me to be wait 24-48hrs nothing happened. I explained the parcel was urgent so I asked them to cancel booking and refund money. But they said they lost the label and transaction so I would need to wait. Even after I sent the transaction number they still can’t find it. A week later I am still waiting for a response. Avoid at all costs these guys are useless."

"Arranged for pick up three times and last day literally stayed in whole day to catch the courier. Nobody came and I had to pay £9 cancellation fee having wasted nearly a week with these guys. Customer service polite but refuse to take in my point that the courier just did not even bother - “our records indicate that an an attempt was made”. Don’t waste your time. Parcel monkey drop off service sorted the job in less than a day and turned out cheaper in the end."
