"Google need to start doing 0 stars because that's what this place deserves - Ian, who is a member of the customer service team, is obnoxious, extremely rude and a liar. This individual should not be working in any industry where he needs to provide customer service, as he has 0 customer services. I'm sure Ian would've acted a lot better and been a lot nicer if I was a middle aged white woman. A package that I was supposed to receive last week Thursday, in time for Christmas, was never delivered and I had to pick up the package myself today."
