"I was given a quotation of around GBP 190 for Door(UK-London) to Dubai Airport and was asked to collect the luggage in Dubai airport from local agent. It is important to note that local agent charges around another GBP 150-200 besides customs duty and additional charges for bill of entry. As per local agent (Gulf Agency) they have a tariff which is with Excess Luggage Company. However, the Excess Luggage company does not communicate the same to you. So please remember whatever Excess Luggage Company or Gulf Agency Quote, your actual outgo may be 3 times more than the quoted value."
"Sent a registered letter on 23rd May 2019 & recipient has yet to receive it as of 10th June 2019, the status is still showing on delivery. Called them a number of times since & were told that it will be delivered on 29th May then 3rd & 7th June. Called today I was told that they will call me back with a update!! Absolutely rubbish service as the document that was sent was very important one to assist with a sale of land abroad...."
