"I ordered a taxi and was assured it would be with me in no more than 15 minutes and possibly less . I was very specific and told her it was because I had a train to catch and the lady assured me no more than 15. After 23 minutes I rang back and was told the driver was at least 15 minutes away ! I said that had I been told it may be that long I could have made other arrangements and was annoyed that no- one had called to say it would be late ! I then cancelled the taxi via the automated process within 5 minutes of calling them . In the event I missed my train and an extremely important appointment that has left me £52.00 out of pocket . An extremely shoddy service all round and won’t be using this company again and nor will my 14 colleagues who have done so previously"

"Excellent taxi service, Syed is very prompt and friendly. I like the fact you can see where the driver is in advance and it shows you what your driver looks like. Very easy to book and the operator is also very friendly. Highly recommend Jupiter Cars."

"Cab 108 picked me up from the airport and their service is absolutely brilliant. From taking me to the airport and ringing me this morning to tell me where to be picked up when I arrived. Their service is great and they are polite and friendly. If you need a cab, Jupiter cars is the one to call"

"This is not a fake review. I'd give zero stars if it was an option. Booked a taxi with Jupiter a week in advance for collection after an event. Rang up the same day the booking was made to ask for a car for 5 rather than 4. Told all confirmed, change made and text received. On the day the taxi was 30 minutes late which we only found out through having to call to ask where it was. Whilst we were waiting I asked on the phone if it would definitely fit 5, i was told it would. Eventually it arrived and the car was too small for 5. It was also a different number plate to the text I received - not good for safety. By this time we were the only ones left at the venue. I rang Jupiter for the fifth time that evening asking what was going on, they had the audacity to tell me they needed to listen to the recordings of our booking phone calls to prove I asked for 5 people. Even though it had been confirmed the car would fit 5 people 15 minutes before when I had to call them asking where the taxi was. They then demanded my boyfriends phone number to listen to the recordings from that phone call to. If you mess up as a company, you fix it you dont accuse the customer of lying or being in the wrong. They were rude, unhelpful and have no idea what customer service is. I had to hangup the phone in the end as I was being accused of not booking correctly and find another company on a day of train strikes at 11.30pm at night. They lost out on a £70+ fare. Avoid them at all costs. Amateurs."

"First time booked taxi with Jupiter Cars. Not bad overall. Our driver Riaz was very friendly and kept us informed throughout. Car was nice clean. Only one thing though, website says one price, but when i called to book it, i was charged bit extra, i was told website is under going some changes and prices aren't up to date."
