"I would like to appreciate Salabed Cargo and their service both in London and Kampala office! My boxes got home safely and sound with nothing broken! I would recommend especially their air cargo service its superb, packages were delivered on time and in their right condition! At the office in Kampala my brother told me the service was good too! Will definately use this company again! And I highly recommend it. I sent over 53kgs worth of different things. Charges/prices Air service each kg is £5.19 Thank you very much for making my Christmas wishes come true! Note The office in London is good but its hard to find parking around it so at least plan to go two people one stays in the car and one takes the packages to office. OR Option: You can hire a delivery car to deliver your package to their office or hire their delivery drivers to pick your package!"

"I called to find out whether Salabed is open on a sunday and I was told yes, from 0900 to 1600. I turn up on Sundat at 1.40pm and there was no one at the desk and no one to give information to customers on whether to wait or come back (No one had turned up all day). Unfortunately my experience each time is terrible. This is the 3rd time I have tried their service. Is there any other cargo service to Uganda that one can recommend?"

"Very disappointed with the service. After so many months of using Salabed, my recent cargo was not shipped despite depositing it in time. I lost income as the buyer abandoned the cargo due to the delay and Salabed did not compensate me. I was not advised at the tine that my cargo would not be shipped.. Very bad for business. Their offices are so filthy and so packed with items scatterd all over the place."
