"They quoted me £140 for a Heathrow drop off from Enfield, saying that was due to the rail strike. I paid £55 with another local taxi firm which is fairly standard. Using a rail strike to rip off customers is pretty poor and I certainly won’t be using this company"

"On the 11th January 2019 at around 09:20hrs. I had just landed with my wife and 2yr old kid at Heathrow terminal 3 and I called for a cab from this company. I would never have predicted what could have happened next. The charge was £70 to my house which was fine. First thing when we got in the car was the driver (called Norbert) likely from east Europe, saying no snacking because he saw our daughter having a piece of crisps in her hand. As he started driving away, he looked at the back mirror and said with authority 'I said No snacking' in the car! At which point we told him it's only that one crisps and she is a child and hungry. He replied that he didn't care. As we drove along the motorway I noticed he was drinking coffee and so I said to him that I thought the rule is no snacking. Without any warning he swerved and brake hard to the left lane and stopped promptly . sending my young girl flying across and hitting her chest on the opposite chair. Seconds later, a bus comes powering past us. The most dangerous driving I have ever seen. Then he threatened to throw us out. His temper was so high that me and my wife were shocked and couldn't believe what was happening. A few seconds later he continued driving and when we arrived he charged me £75 claiming the extra £5 was for airport parking ! I would never ever recommend this company if this person still drives for them. And since then I have called the office several times to complain but my call is never answered. Could have given zero star if it were possible ."
