Pdc Cargo Service TO PAKISTAN

"I send my stuff on 12 December they told me it’s reached in Pakistan Punjab on 12 February but it’s reaches on 16 January none of the items are missing. The staff I met at main headquarters are friendly specially the Pepsi guy sorry I forgot your name. Highly recommended and trustworthy because I send my staff from different companies but always items are missing. This company PDC cargo always informed you when they picked your stuff,when it’s clear from Karachi port and reaching time at your destination. I recommend all my family and friends to use PDC cargo for your parcels. waqar shafique"

"I agree with you Zaynab I have had the same experience as you, missing bag that was sent in June! Despite numerous calls and message's on WhatsApp over the last month and nothing, no updates and no response. One agent i spoke to was so rude I told him I would complain to the owner and he said I don't care and hung up!! I would not recommend PDC to anyone ever There was nothing in the suitcase other than clothes, no food. So no need for customs to investigate"

"Worst experience ever ! Pls don’t trust them . We sent 3 bags to pakistan and only 2 got delivered. We have been asking them non stop about one bag that has gone missing , they all keep saying call us back and we will check for you . They are avoiding the problem. They are rude and unprofessional. Instead of sorting out the problem, they are shouting back over the phone . Pls don’t ever use this company again , we had very expensive clothing in the bags and it’s all missing. Now they avoiding to compensate. This parcel was sent in June now we are in late November and still nothing ."

"I used this service third time, first 2 times were not good not bad, as their staff from Gujranwala asked my family to collect packages from Gujranwala whereas they live in Sambrial ( Sialkot ). Anyhow my family refused and then they delivered it Sambrial. But this time out of 6 boxes which were in 2 sacks, packed and blue sealed by them, 2 boxes of 1 sack were not open but sharp cut by them but thanks to them out of 38Kg they took off (stole) 1 perfume not much expensive though and 4 body sprays only and few bits of dry fruit and chocolate no more than £10. So altogether things were not worth of more than £30 that they stole but I got irritated as my trust on them has gone now and next time have to find some other company. So in short their self claimed speciality NO MISSING ITEMS are completely wrong. Don't want any compensation but owner should check where things have gone wrong. Thanks"
