"Honestly they weren't so bad, my things arrived from London to Australia In one piece. I found the team helpful in answering my questions, my belongings just took a while to ship. A few bad reviews and experiences online.. That being said though you get what you pay for. Affordable option which I would use again."

"The worst shipping/removal company I have ever used. This company is without a doubt terrible/unprofessional and useless. Do not expect your belonging to arrive on time expect 3-9 months late if ever. I relocated to Australian and used Anglo pacific , I have been here 6 months and no sign of my things. Emailed/messaged/called and the same response “there is congestion or delays due to backlog. Do not use this company you will surely regret it!!! Avoid. Also even though they say they are a British company, they are not, I think it’s Indian owned now."

"Avoid this company like the plague! They managed to lose my belongings from their own long term storage facility. It took them 3 years to notify me (during which time, they continued to charge and collect payment for the storage). Since notifying me of the loss, they have done everything possible to avoid / limit liability (including relying on contractual terms which didnt even exist at the time, refused to answer questions around the loss / contracts, refused to disclose copies of documents relevant to the loss ... the list goes on). Truly awful company without a shred of decency or professionalism."

"Please do not trust this service or the people behind them. Initial quotation for a 6 box + 2 frame boxes to be £800 for a 10 day delivery service UK - US, pick up on the scheduled day and from there absolute ghosting. I moved to the states with all my belongings scheduled to arrive 10 days after me, but almost a month after the collection I still do not have them with me. Absolutely non responsive, chased through email and calls with no luck until last week where I discovered my boxes were still in the UK. Followed up today to my surprise, they have quoted me £300 on top of the initial quote, even with being less boxes (6 box + 1 frame instead of 2). I still have an ongoing ticket opened with them to either discount me massively for this rubbish of a service (I had to repurchase all my stuff that was in those boxes obviously as I came to an empty apartment) or return my belongings at no cost and with my £100 advanced payment refunded. Let's see where this goes but please DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR THINGS."
