"AVOID AT ALL COST! One of our contractors has arranged delivery of 2 big TV screens to our office in Central London. The driver, called MORRIS delivered it and left them outside the entrance on a busy street. When asked to please push it through the main entrance (no steps) with his hand pallet truck, he was outright scary and extremely aggressive, and refused to do anything. I told him I won't accept the delivery like this to which his reply was that I can't request that and walked off. I have never ever felt this intimidated by a contractor. Pedestrians on the street who have witnessed his behavior came over to ask if I was ok after he left. I will do everything possible to let all my network know to never use this company again. Morris should be fired immediately. DISGRACEFUL COMPANY AND STAFF!"
