"I never ever do this publicly, but NEVER EVER use TN taxis. On the 18th of December I booked a taxi for NYE. Today I called to confirm and they have told me 3 different reasons it wasn't booked, first I must have called and spoken to a driver who got it wrong. Then I must have called another company as they don't take bookings and then finally basically insinuated I made it up and hung up. If I hadn't called to check they could have ruined our NWY. Reading their Google reviews of 2.8 it's absolutely clear why and so many people with a similar experience!"

"I'd give 0 stars if that were an option. This company left me stranded at my pick up point late at night by not turning up at all, not notifying me and not being contactable despite numerous attempts to call them. Thank goodness a more reputable and reliable local taxi firm were able to come to my rescue. Being a busy Saturday night I could have been completely stranded miles from home. The outward journey earlier in the day was fine but I won't be using TN Taxis again and cannot recommend them at all."

"On time but car in very poor condition , Speedo not working , engine mgmt warning lights and beeps for whole journey. Driver would not stop along route (no detour) to let friends out without £5 extra! I only used them as castle cars not available. All in all double the price of castle cars."

"NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. We booked a taxi through this company and they didn't show up. When we called to ask where our taxi was they lied and told us that they had been here when we were standing outside... they are liars who would prefer to leave my pregnant wife standing in the cold than honour the booking."
