"They claimed to have double booked our taxi as it was for people going to the same venue for a baby shower. They did no tell us this until after watching us give our taxi away to them as we had thought our booking was ok. They then tell us no taxis are available and we had to wait nearly 25 mins. So they knew we would be stranded all to save on a fare they did not want to lose because they double booked us. Outrageous and rude. It is one thing to make the double booking error if that is indeed true but it is another to watch us and engineer stranding us for profit. They claimed to have called but that was a lie as the call log shows a 12.00pm call and I had called back 1 minute later at 12.01. Horrible smirking man behind the counter too."

"I booked with this company three time in two days, the drivers are absolutely amazing! But their operators who sitting in the office are difficult to understand and one of them is very rude to me when we try to solve the way of payment out. He suddenly got very angry and very rude at me when I questioned if it’s safe to do so, which I don’t think I deserve that response. That is why I only give 3 stars to this experience. The company should give more training to operators so that they won’t hold the drivers back!"
