"I don't even want to give this company one star... I arrived off the train and requested a taxi to prestwood (a five minute journey) and was told it would be an hour. I told the woman in the office that i would wait because i didnt want to walk up the hill with my small dog in the dark. Anyone who knows the walk up the hill from Great Missenden knows that after dark it is pitch black in spots and very dangerous. I returned an hour later and she then told me that this particular driver wouldn't take my dog (he is a small breed and v well behaved) I told her i had no other option but to try. When the driver arrived i went to get in the car and he told me he wouldn't take me and my dog. I explained that i had no one else to take me home.. That it was cold and dark and i had already waited an hour. He didn't care.. He said he would take me but not my dog... Ridiculous!!!! I said that i would take my 10 pound dog on my lap.. I literally pleaded with him (bearing in mind i was paying for his service) i told him i would have to walk up the hill or go through the woods to get home..he didn't care. I ended up walking home alone in the dark through the woods as i felt the road was too dangerous for me let alone me and my dog... I have never been so frightened in my life. I could barely see. What kind of man wont pick up a girl on her own who offers to carry a tiny dog on her lap and forces her to put herself in a dangerous situation... I wonder if he has a wife. Sisters.. Or children??? I'm sure he has a mother.. Would he have wanted any of them to be in that situation?? I'm glad that i made it home safely but i was scared to death walking through those woods. This taxi service is overpriced (6.50)to travel less than a mile up the road and they don't give a damn about their customers. I have used them many times in the past due to the monopoly that they have and i am horrified by their drivers actions tonight."

"DO NOT USE Ordered a taxi to pick up me my husband and two children this evening. The taxi man called us and said he had been waiting 10 mins outside for us even though he hadn’t let us know he was out there. We got ready and came out. As my children and myself was approaching the car the driver drove off. We called and explained what had happened and we had children the operator said sorry and he would send another taxi within 10 mins. We waited no taxi arrived, I called to which the operator said the taxi came and noone was there again. I explained we was outside and noone had came and I have two children with me. He said sorry we have no more taxis. Do not use this company, we was left stranded."

"I’ve put one star as you can’t put zero, Worlds worst taxi service, waited for 45 minutes for my take to arrive when it was stated it would be 15 mins. Missed my train and plans that were made. Thanks!"
