"Twice I’ve used this taxi service and twice they have cancelled last minute leaving me stranded in London on New Year’s Eve 3 hours before my taxi was due to pick me up. Apparently they sent a cancellation text, they have the correct number and no text was ever received. I even called twice on the day to 100% confirm as this has happened before. I will never be using them again."
