"We have nothing but praise for Julie and her team. Every time we go to the practice everyone there treats my dog Rocco with care and compassion. It is as if he was their dog and nothing is too much trouble. Unfortunately, Rocco has terminal cancer, diagnosed by Julie. She has been great throughout this horrible time and informs and advises us with care, compassion and respect for Rocco. Obviously we'd rather not go through this difficult time but as we have to it's good to know that Julie and her team are there when we need them. Our other little dog Tia was also a patient of Julie's, and always received great care at the practice. Unfortunately, Tia passed away suddenly in August 22. Thanks are not always enough ..."

"I wish I could write a good review, but I need to be honest. My kitten got neutered here a few weeks ago, straight off the bat when I picked my kittenn up to take home he wasn’t given a collar to stop him from licking the wound, the receptionist had tried to talk us into not needing one as “male cats are usually fine with the healing process”. Key word, “usually”, every pet is different! I had to visit the vets the following day to pick one up. The following day (weekend) my kitten then started to show signs of infection, to which I had to take him to emergency vets and pay for a consultation plus meds to get him treated. This is all because Julie Innes vets did not provide my kitten with the care needed to safely heal from surgery. They offered to pay for the emergency consultation, but quite frankly they should have covered all vet bills as this was of their fault. I would like to add how unsanitary Julie Innes Vets looks AND smells. When I went to pick my kitten up after surgery, the stench that hit me as I walked into the office was so over powering. This is really making me question if they have any hygiene standards, and what exactly did they done to my pet. Not only was my kitten extremely distressed, but so was I. If you want the best for your pets, please look elsewhere."
