"I came here for several years to collect repeat prescriptions. Recently, I changed to another pharmacy due to constant issues, starting mid 2022. Lost prescriptions, orders not submitted for items, prescriptions not ready when the SMS was sent saying collection was available, consistent attitude from one blonde female staff member to all customers, it just became tedious. The pharmacist with the beard always seemed to try his best, but he’s on his own in this place."

"Messaged me at 12.49 saying prescription is ready, got there 15 minutes later to find it shut! Waited nearly 30 minutes and no signs of opening. Looking at other reviews it seems they just make up their opening hours to suit themselves."

"Pharmacy opening hours for a Sunday state 10am-4pm on 1 Sunday I arrived at the pharmacy a few minutes before 10 as I had to be somewhere else pretty soon, sat outside in car till nearly 10:15am and they where still closed & the shutters down ! Again, Needed a prescription filled tonight, Friday opening hours say they close at 8pm, I arrived at 6:45pm and surprise surprise, shutters down and pharmacy closed even though they where supposed to be open for another 1hr 15mins. They really should update their opening hours if this is going to be continuing so people are aware and don’t get left without urgent medication."

"Since the last pharmacist left (Graeme) this place has gone to the wall. Staff, except the big tall pharmasist, are so unhelpfull. I used to have a chat with Graeme who knew everything about me and my family, knew my prescription, and could offer advice. This new team are awful"
