"Took my vehicle in to get its first PCO, process went smoothly, got done in exactly 1 hour. Staff were okay and straight to the point. Saw a few people that were refused a test as they came with missing or expired documents. It's vital that you take all the documents requested like V5C logbook, hire and reward insurance certificate, MOT certificate etc. They have a waiting area where you are able to view your vehicle getting tested. Overall decent place to go to for Taxi/PHV licensing."
