"Extremely disappointed with their service, I had to wait over 90min for a prebooked and prepared cab from Stansted Airport. The first cab arrived 30 mins after my flight landed and only waited 10min for me and left without me, I tried calling him but he refused to pick up my call so I called the office who blamed me for the dalay, after about 30mins of being on the phone with them they finally agreed to sent another cab out."
"Normally this is a good cab firm, however due to 1 inconsiderate driver I'm giving 1 star I would give less if I could. After shopping with my disabled husband in his wheelchair I called a cab from here and the driver refused to come in the car park to pick us up and was insisted that we had to walk to him (if we could there would have been no need for a cab) after 15 minutes arguing he eventually came inside the car park"
