"The company took the booking for 545am sun and then sent me a txt saying that i requested a cancellation which i did not when i called them they said they had no drivers for that time"

"Not happy with the service, cab driver went to wrong venue so waited longer. Charged a lot more than what I was originally quoted. Shame really as this cab firm was recommended to me. Won't be using or recommending again."

"Only used branch in Rainham twice. On both occasions pre ordered cabs which failed to arrive both times. The first time they had to sub out to another firm and the second time they said my cab would be a further 30 mins. Also terrible Customer Service. Use Broadway's. Always reliable I did call the following day and my complaint was taken down. Was promised a call from Manager / owner. Still waiting."

"Very polite lady who dealt with my Taxi. Taxi arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus for me! Drivers are polite and know how to drive unlike some other firms. 100% recommend to any other person who seeks an excellent service and customer care from the controllers."

"Called couple of hours ahead of time to reserve a taxi. Was supposed to arrive at 1815 got a phone call at 1810 saying that he got assigned the job but can only seat 4 and not 5 as requested and that he will report it back to station...fine. 1820 comes along no car and no call from taxi depot. Eventually a car arrived at 1835 after I called to check what was going on! Started the journey and then the driver cuts up a lorry on a roundabout, couple of minutes later he tries to change lanes on dual carriage way where another car is clearly next to him! We had reservations at 1900 and we're late do to a mess up at the taxi office. It also didn't help with the drive going 10 to 15mph under the speed limit on a dual carriage way!! Doesn't happen often but this has been by far the worst journey!!"
