"Booked a taxi to Stansted airport with plenty of time to spare. Kilo cars were unaware that the M11, THE major motorway to Stansted was, and had been closed every weekend. Our driver did his best but unfortunately after being in the car for two and a half hours we missed our flight. On calling kilo to ask why they had not been aware of the M11 closure, they said it was not their responsibility and although we had lost hundreds of pounds and were stranded at the airport showed no sympathy and accepted no responsibility. My advice. Find another cab company."

"Phoned a taxi for an older customer to take her home. The taxi driver phoned my business and rather than letting me know he was there, simply repeatedly shouted hello at me and hung up, then called and shouted again. Was very rude on the phone when I asked if he was the taxi. He then drove off without taking the lady and another customer had to give her a lift"
