"Absolutely disgusting service! Used the firm to get me and my nan to hospital, phoned them to get us back home again after. Was told 15 minutes, 30 mins later no cab, called up to be told there's traffic and the driver will be 10 mins, still no cab, phone back again apparently the driver isn't moving, (google maps showed no traffic in the area) u was then told hes on the same road as the hospital, 15 minutes later , still no cab, I call back go be told ive been allocated a new driver and not to raise my voice , when 2 women answering the phones are rude, unhelpful and basically telling me lies! Its now been 1 hour 10 minutes and im still sat outside the hospital with my nan. Disgusting customer service avoid at all costs"

"I wish I could put no stars. Waiting for a deliver that never come and when asked got told it’s on its way. Half hour later called back and got a barrage of abuse from a different person who then just blamed me for missing an earlier deliver when was home and driver had supposedly tried knocking and ringing even though was in waiting for the very deliver. I was in waiting for. Absolutely useless, rude and cowboy taxi firm. Avoid like the plague"

"Like another reviewer these awful people have been contracted to transport my autistic son to his special needs school. They are regularly late with no phone call, change the escort with no notice and can not handle his needs. My boy is as we speak at his school an hour away waiting for them to show up. They were 20 minutes late to pick me up so had to send my husband instead. Despite them ringing to say they had run our of petrol it doesn't excuse this shoddy treatment of a disabled child. Absolutely diabolical but a council contract is easy money so they don't need to make an effort. I've now refused to use them and hopefully the LA will too. Disgusting treatment of a vulnerable child, ought to be ashamed."

"Excellent service. The cab we wanted had broken down on its way to us. We had a phone call and a profuse apology that another mini van was on its way. It was a bigger one than required and was only 5 minutes late. On the journey home the driver help physically support my dad out of the van as he was in his 9o's and the van had a high step down. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you very much. X"
