"Shocking, tried to get every penny out of me, used sales tactics, played on my emotions while getting my dog put down, and then gave me an no option cremation sale, then told me 2 days later it was only an option, disgusting people, should be brought to task, shut down, my dog got a lump on his leg 18 months ago, I paid £170 to see the consultant, he told me the dog had lump on his leg (money well spent there) he then told me 3 times it would be around £500 to get a byaopsy, he then asked me if the dog was insured, I said yes, for £7000, the next morning I get a phone call from the 3 mile vet manager to say it was another £400, blaitent robbery £170 consultant fee for nothing"

"Had a great visit. The young vet was very good in explaining things when examining my puppy Sadie. It was her first visit to this vet/surgery."
"Took my cat into the practice to have him checked for weight loss. The full team (reception, nursing and vets) are all fantastic. The vets are very knowledgeable, passionate and you can tell they care about their work. Our cat got a blood sample and we were updated with the results soon after and a plan was made. Reception are lovely to - always happy to help. Would highly recommend!"
"Recently moved here from another practice and the difference is amazing. Wish I had moved sooner. Prompt appointment. Plenty of info/knowledgeable advice, plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Clear treatment plan. Prices are clear with no unexpected extra cost. Highly recommend."
