"My cat Bella had just been in for her spay and i had her pre-op appointment and post-op appointment with Emma. She was absolutely lovely and clearly has a real passion for animals. She made me feel completely at ease and that she really cared about Bella and seemed to have built a little relationship with her, while she was under her care. Bella isn't always the best at the vet, but she seemed to love Emma too! The receptionist (I didnt catch her name, sorry!) was also very friendly and fussed over Bella, who was clearly feeling very sorry for herself with the cone of shame. This is the first proper experience we’ve had with the practice since transferring from another vets 4 pets, and they have been absolutely tremendous, i trust them completely with my cats"
