"If I could give less than a star I would. Terrible company who cancelled my ride couple hours before my flight and said they’ll issue a refund. But it’s been a month and no refund or attempt has been made. I read the reviews and was skeptical but still went ahead, and I regret it. Take my review as a warning and please avoid this company!"

"Reading the other reviews on here, I was really worried that I was going to have to try and find another taxi early in the morning when I hadn't received the confirmation 24 hours before the flight. I contacted the staff in the office here, and the man I spoke to was able to get this sorted and explained the taxis are assigned the evening before. I then received the details - the tracking link didn't work and the information wasn't given, which I think is a technical issue; but speaking to the staff again, they provided this information and an update on the drivers' arrival. The driver arrived 15 mins early and was very polite and professional. Would absolutely use this service again."
