"Had 2 trips,one from home to Heathrow and a collection in return flight from Airport to home. The reason I have given 4 stars was I was told I would be given a 9 seater as we had few luggages and a wheelchair, what I got was a 8 seater, the driver was genuinely nice but we were very uncomfortable for the trip getting to the Airport,on the return the journey was so much better as we had 9 seater as agreed. The price was slightly more than some other competitors but I went with my gut feeling and went with what majority reviewers had said.i would def suggest Sayers reduce there price by at least 10 pounds to be inline with rest of the competition,at the same time the driver again were very helpful and very friendly. On last note to Sayers you should always keep to what you have committed to the customer in terms of Size of car."
