"I took my small dog billy in at 4 o’clock said come back at 6 they were still grooming him up until 6:20 he had his ears trimmed which 1 is longer than the other I don’t think he even got a bath still badly stained around eyes a big dog was also in which kept barking which I think was in crate and I also think wee billy must of been stuck in crate as there is no way they spent 2 hours 20 minutes on him won’t be back"

"Absolutely disgusted paid £43 for groom and £6 for spa package poor dog came out with dried dirt stuck on legs. Did not look or smell like idog had been shampooed or conditioned applied. Clearly they seem to cut corners but quick to take cash. . When complaint made to the manager she could not care less . We will not be going back disgusted by poor groom quality and manager. Gone to plenty of better and cheaper groomers .who have done a much better job. Go to a local small business instead. Don't pay over the odds for very poor service at pets at home."

"I would never use this service again. If you are unhappy with the cut here, then tough, that is the attitude of the staff. They will blame it on you and refuse to fix what you are unhappy with. So no matter what you ask for here, if you don't like it then you are pretty much stuck. If you make a compliant the manager will refuse to talk to you and put the person you are complaining about on the phone. This is by far the worst service I have ever had, my dog looks terrible as they have shaved in her legs then not cut her coat at all, so she looks worse than she did when she went in. I'm not sure how any pet loving professional would leave a pet looking like this. We asked to get her taking back in to fix which they weren't interested in, they refuse to acknowledge that we are unhappy with the service they provided. The lack of professionalism and procedure for dealing with someone who is unhappy with the service provided is unbelievable for the size of this organisation. It appears that no pride is taken in the work carried out and no thought of the dog. The customer service is non existent and the attitude by the staff is disgusting. This is hands down the worst service we have ever came across."
