"I prebooked a taxi for 4 people after a party in London on the day of train strikes. I called the day before, was told it would be £80 (cash only) and reconfirmed time/date multiple times. The taxi did not show and when I called, I was informed by the staff that I was told the wrong price and it would actually be £160, and they could only take 3 people. When I explained this was not the price quoted and we were now stranded in London, the member of staff shouted at me and hung up. Do not use this firm!"

"I am writing this on my way to the airport in an Uber- an hour late- on a day when trains have been cancelled due to strikes on a snow day. The cab I ordered from Greenwich Cabs did not turn up at the worst possible time. He called the wrong number- not my own- and then just decided to leave ahead of booked time. Do not use this service. They are rude, unreliable and incompetent. I certainly shall not. If I could rate them 0 I would."

"This is the worst cab company I have ever come across and it’s a shame as their telephone etiquette is amazing! BUT I almost missed my flight twice on 2 separate occasions the first time the cab driver was almost an hour late and the second time the cab never showed at all and the excuses he gave were laughable, they stopped answering the phone so I called from another number and they answered. No heartfelt apology nothing, their disgusting!!"

"Cab cancelled after nearly an hour's wait. Car apparently stuck in traffic! Very unprofessional; I would give no stars if I could. Will never waste time calling them. I had to carry boxes on the tube and bus. Thank you so much Local Cabs!"

"One of the worst taxi companies I’ve had the displeasure of coming across. They were more than one hour late, decided to replace the original driver without informing us, changed the pick up location 3 times, did not call at any point to let us know they were late, continually told us on the phone that they would be here in 20 minutes/5 minutes/30 minutes to keep us waiting even though they knew they would not have arrived in the time they had informed us of and refused to decrease the fare even given the 1 hour delay. We ended up cancelling the taxi after an hour, the company then rang me asking me why I had done so and refused to take any responsibility for the above insinuating I was being unreasonable in my decision."
