"Absolutely shocking experience. Driver turned up at Geneva 2hrs late. Extremely bad driving all the way to resort, texting on his phone most of the way. Very scary experience. We were relieved to get out of the minibus(food wrappers all over the floor too). We did report to their office but didn’t receive a reply! We hope nobody else has this experience as it was frightening and certainly feel ripped off by this rogue company."

"The first car was old, freezing cold and uncomfortable. Both drivers drove either fast or erratically. The arrival transfer driver nearly fell asleep and had to stop at a service station and purchase a red bull energy drink. The return journey CAR was perfect, warm, comfortable and in one piece. However, the driver drove so fast, a 2 hour 50 minute journey took 2 hours 20 and he upset many other road users on the way. I suspect this was because the return transfer was booked an hour earlier than needed and when I tried to change this, I was told that the couldn’t do this as they had a ‘tight schedule’. This meant we arrived at the airport almost 4 hours before our flight and too early to check in. After paying £802 for a private return transfer for 3 people, I would hope that a transfer for the correct time would be provided. This is the worst private transfer service I have ever used and will not be using again."

"Unfortunately I have been let down by Alps 2 Alps today after previous positive experiences. I booked a transfer for 10am from Geneva and at 10:25 I phoned, having had no contact to advise of a delay - I was informed the driver would be a further 25 minutes, making the delay almost an hour when the whole reason for booking a private transfer and paying a premium is in order to be in the ski resort quickly and maximise our holiday. I appreciate delays happen but there should be a back up or additional time should be allowed - at the very least we should have been informed by the company as soon as they were aware of the delay and not upon contacting them ourselves so we could have tried to sort an alternative means of getting to our resort. Very disappointed."
