"I now regularly use this company as they are very reliable and always on time. In fact they usually arrive 5 to 10 minutes before time and they phone to let me know that they are outside. I travel for work and they will send me an invoice that I need in order to obtain a refund. My thanks to Nazeer Mohamadi who on the 20 March took me to Heathrow Terminal 5. He was there before the agreed time, and was pleasant and very helpful. The saloon car he drove was clean and in excellent condition. I had a very comfortable journey. I highly recommend this business."

"AVOID!! If I could give Zero stars I would! Please AVOID these people! DISGUSTING! I was waiting for an Uber for over 30min so i decided to call these COWBOYS! I politely asked the driver if he could turnaround as there was considerably amount of traffic and I had an important appointment for 14:30. The driver then shouted " NO NO NO IM NOT TURNING AROUND, ITS RUSH HOUR" he proceeded to go on his phone and started SHOUTING in his native language to the other person whom he had on loud speaker! I was so lost for words that I had to start recording him and ask him kindly to stop shouting! At this point I felt very intimidated and scared. We gradually started moving and he diverted to the cab office in LEEGreen and stated he had an appointment for 2pm! Baring in mind it was now 13:40 pm and my appointment was at least a 45min drive away! Luckily a lady offered her help and dropped me to my appointment (which I missed by the way) I'm a petite female only 5ft1, gladly it wasn't late at night PLEASE STICK TO UBER"

"Every morning you call for taxi, no one available for local to go 7-8 miles, but you call for long journeys will get it immediately. Keep it up"

"Just like all of the other reviews state, poor service and liars. They pretended that a booking was cancelled when we did not cancel, leaving us stranded whilst ignoring our calls when waiting for the booked cab. Happened more than once, even after confirming the booking a few hours before. Rude and should be avoided at all costs."

"Book a cab for last night, did not turn up. Rang them 3-4x no answer. Had to cancel our reservation from the restaurant. Rang them today, they told us the booking we had was cancelled but we didn’t. Such liars and very rude. Not using them again. Sent us a message we are banned. The audacity!"
