"Terrible company. Driver tired to charge on top of a prepaid pre-agreed price as I had a second large bag. Con artist. Thought he had me but I just booked an Uber to the airport instead. Terrible attitude terrible service do not use."

"Awful experience. Was initially informed on the day that I hadn't booked a return journey - only to be told after 5 mins of arguing on the phone that in actual fact I had done so - despite repeatedly stating I had a receipt and confirmation. Driver was horrific, not only did he constantly break the law by using his mobile phone whilst driving on 3 occasions, but his driving was irratic and nearly resulted in several close crashes. The driver also failed to wear his seatbelt for the majority of the outgoing journey. I have never feared for my safety whilst in a car as much as I did on that day. Furthermore, the driver thought it was a good idea to call my mobile number at 1am and then hung up after several seconds. Avoid at all costs I would never use them again."
