"Our ride was set up for us through our travel agent. The driver was supposed to pick us up at the terminal after arrival. According to our agreement, they were to take us to the hotel, and they would greet us by the terminal with a sign bearing our names. When we exited the terminal, we expected to see a driver at the pickup location where they were supposed to meet us. We looked around and we could not find anyone with our name. We then called the number listed five times. Each time the operator called the driver and said that the driver was in fact they’re waiting for us. We looked around over and over again for over an hour and a half, but we could not find the driver. When we called the operator, he said that the driver was standing by the supermarket and so we just went up to everyone standing around and asked if they were their driver. The only way we identified our driver was when we called the last time his phone ring. And we just happened to be near him. He had no sign and he looked like he was just another passenger waiting. If we hadn’t been persistent with calling, we would’ve never found him and he appeared to be making no effort to locate us. However, he was friendly and it was a pleasant ride, so we are giving two stars instead of one. Also, we were traveling with another couple and they were set up with the same company. They also had a very similar experience."

"I don’t usually leave reviews but these lot are so useless it seemed criminal not to. After discussing prices with them for a week I finally made a booking for a large group. Soon after I get a phone call from the rudest person on Earth saying that their trainee had quoted the wrong price (lies). I later agreed to the new price. This was a pre booking with a set time and 2x 7 seater cabs. On the day only one cab turned up and they ‘couldn’t find’ the other driver. If you’re looking for a competent company to use, avoid."
