"They cancelled our taxi 12hrs before our flight back as they said they had no drivers and asked us for £30 more extra even though it would not change their drivers availability, we did not pay so they cancelled. They have not refunded our original payment yet. Do not use unreliable."

"Awful service. I've booked with them a car for 2:30am, because I needed to go to Gatwick Airport, and few hours before the trip, they cancelled the booking because the driver is sick. I´ve spend three times more money to avoid miss the aircraft. They didn´t offered any replacement or another driver. And for now, I haven´t received yet any email about the cancellation, and I still waiting for the refund. Very unprofessional and a very serious lack of consideration with the client. Avoid at all costs hiring this riffraff."

"We have booked a transportation for 2 from London Stansted airport to hotel Mama Shelter Shoreditch in London on the 23 June at 16:00. Our flight arrived 10 minutes earlier (expected hour to arrive was 15:15) and we had been able to be at the airport arrival lobby at 15:20 where we contacted, for the first time, the office phone number that was on the voucher. In the voucher it was also mentioned the driver would wait for us on the airport arrival lobby from 30 minutes after flight arrival to a maximum of 60 minutes. At that the moment we had phone, we had been told the driver was going to arrive at 15:45. At 15:45 we phone again and had were told the driver was only going to arrive at 16:30. From phone call to phone call, the driver finally arrived at 17:20. During the period we were waiting we check google maps and the time needed to come from the hotel destination to the airport was 1 hour. So clearly the driver was not trapped on a traffic jam to come to pick us as it was said by him. This trip cost us 98 euros. The driver was late 1 hora and 20 minutes from the time we book. And in fact he was late 2 hours from the time we first phone."

"Unprofessional and unreliable. I have used them before for airport transfers and they were 'okay', so not sure what happened. I tried to book on line several times but the window froze saying 'processing'. Then I was concerned that perhaps it had booked more than once. I sent an email and they said nothing had come through, so the booking was made and confirmed via email. When I arrived at LHR after 24 hours of travel, there was no driver. After an hour I called to ask what was the status - she said the driver had a breakdown (** and now reading other reviews, this seems to be the stock excuse for no shows), and that he tried to call me. My phone had been on from landing and there were no missed calls, so this was a lie. I said if she had that information, why didn't the main office let me know? Obviously a lie and a ruse. I asked so what happens now, and it was pretty much 'too bad- start calling other companies'. She did offer a discount for my next trip. So, just now I emailed to ask about that discount and they only replied 'too short notice, there are no driver'. I always have booked the night before for an airport run. I suspect they didn't want to honour the discount offered. Curious, I went online to book and it was accepting the booking for the day/time I emailed. What a sham of a company and service."
