Welcome to Station Lovers, an establishment that celebrates and pays homage to the rich history of one of London's iconic railway stations - Hackney Downs. Our point of interest is located on the junction of Dalston Lane and Downs Road, in the borough of Hackney.

"Booked a cab from the night before, everything was booked in, on the day get a call 15 minutes before the cab is due to arrive saying there are no cabs available. No alternative help nothing! Why have a service if your unable to fulfil. Won’t be using this cab station again! Rubbish!"

"I was a regular user with this company for over a year. But after friday 1st march (15:40) I will no longer use this company for traveling even if it's last option because there's a limit to how much rudeness and incompetence that can be taken. All because of a Jamaican operator (usually I let his silly attitude pass but not after today), he's extremely unprofessional, has a very disgusting and uncaring attitude towards customers and rips people off in pricing - he gives higher prices than the woman operator. Today I called for a cab from downs court 15:40 (the man asked which side even though I specified) all of a sudden he couldn't find it was taking longer after me saying "could you hurry up please" as soon as I said that he started talking to someone else. I eventually got angry and said could you hurry or the phone will cut he then booked and said it'll be there soon. He's always extremely rude but today was worse As I then said could please a taxi back from destination he sai "no you can call when you're done." So I replied "no can you book my taxi back for 4:15" He argued telling me I don't know what time I'll be coming back. He was talking over me so I shouted "yes I do! I said 4:15!!!" I was in a rush and I had my baby I knew what I needed to do and I was booking for the time that was right for me yet he continued to argue and said he won't book it so cancelled the taxi. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN and neither should anyone else. If you do and you get the woman operator she is nicest woman ever! Otherwise if you're looking for cab service in hackney please use EAGLE CARS StokeNewington, I checked and they're usually £2-£4 cheaper for most destinations and drivers and operator are much nicer."
"having given station car a positive review in the past, I have to now give a very negative one- booked a cab to the airport last night. Cab didn't arrive this morning at the agreed time. Called to ask what was going on and was told that the driver is on his way and will be with us in a few minutes. We then received a call saying driver would be 15 minutes late. Said thanks but no thanks and booked an uber. Will not use station cars again."
"Have been booking airport trips with this company for a long time. The service is very good, the drivers are friendly and most important thing above, they are cheaper than most cab companies I've used. Would highly recommend this if you are looking to get a cab on time."
