"I was given a quote to travel to the airport that went from £60 to £70 when the driver arrived. I had to argue with the head office to bring it down to the cost given by text. We had to walk to the driver’s car and the whole experience was terrible. I will never use this service again: unreliable, rude on the phone and unprofessional."

"This is one of THE WORST cab companies I have ever come across and I’ve used a lot of cab companies! I don’t even know where to begin. The professionalism and basic customer service is non-existent, I tried book a cab over the phone but because whoever picked up the phone wasn't in the mood that day he decided to hang up whenever he felt like he couldn’t be bothered to answer a simple question, and when I would call back he would say “sorry the phone cut out”. He was very dismissive and rude. Not to mention the cabs never come on time, one time I booked a cab from here and it came nearly 1 hour and a half later and the cab driver had no manners whatsoever. I will never book a cab from here again and the whole staff should be replaced! This place is an absolute shambles."
