"NIGHTMARE! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Even one star is too much for you! I called at 8AM for pick up at 08:30 clearly confirming that I have hospital appointment at 9AM and I have been waiting for this appointment for 6 weeks . Controller told me ,car will be with me definitely before 08:40! I accept it. 08:30 I called their office to make sure that everything is fine,controller said , yes,he will be there even earlier,couple of minutes. Here I am now at 09:00AM still waiting for the driver,of course I missed my appointment, called back the office and what controller told me? -Can you please help me ,and tell me where exactly is your street,I dont remember !!! DISGRACE ! SHAME ! If you respect yourself and if you have something important to do or go to appointment dont bother please!!!"

They are also the first ones I call to get me to hospital and other appointments. I have enjoyed a first class service from everyone. "We used Kings Cars to get to Gatwick airport. The driver was a few minutes early ready to get us there on time. When there was traffic on route he sped up, keeping within the speed limit, to ensure we arrived on time. It was 4am. He was polite and helpful and they were by best price around, I checked. Would definitely use them again. Thank you."

"Used Kings Cars yesterday. The controller was very friendly and joked a bit over the phone. The driver was very courteous. Arrived early. The car was very clean without any of those noxious air fresheners. The driver was smartly dressed and had a bluetooth speaker although he didn't answer the phone whilst I was in the car (thoughtful!) Arrived at the airport very quickly although it was rush hour! Driver helped me with my luggage and wished me a safe journey. I will definitely use them again :)"
